The agreement authorizes Juab County to be the dty's dispatch point for fire, ambulance, and police service and authorizes U.S. West to levy a service fee of up to 50 cents per month for each telephone line in the dty. Half of the money would go to the company to set up a data base of addresses, and the rest would go to the county for their expenses. The phone service will not begin for several more months. The church presently is considering allowing minor league baseball and womens softball teams to use the field. In exchange, the dty might be asked to partidpate in the upkeep and maintenance of the field. The council discussed other possibilities for increased baseball and softball play. Learned that the dty administration has sent proposals to some 90 suppliers of natural gas in an effort to find gas supplies and to get a feel for gas by the dty administrator. She is a member of the national honor society and likes dancing, singing, reading, and running. She is a member of the Nephi 1st LDS Ward and is second counselor in the ward Laurel presidency.
