A special thank you to Bob Krebs on behalf of the Nephi Jaycees. It was Bobs idea to organize the volleyball mara Window On Main Street ' i- i - By Marlann Gibson As we gather together to celebrate Thanksgiving, we take pause to assess our lives and the many reasons we have for being thankful. There are many ways to celebrate this holiday. Some will travel many miles to gather with family members who live elsewhere, some will travel across town, while others will remain at home within their own little family circle. Sitting down to a ; harvestoffeast is the tradition Thanksgiving. The family gathers around the table to enjoy good food and each others company. Though everyone is thankful for health, family, comfort, etc., we usually forget to be thankful for the little the things in life we take positive things for granted. There are many little things for which to be thankful: That someone had a have so many opportunities in addition to receiving an education; That a loaf of bread costs less than a dollar; That we still are able to buy a loaf of bread; That we still have freedom of choice, though in North Ogden that freedom looks a little shaky; That puppies eventually become house broken; That your husband remembers important dates like Valentines Day, anniversaries, and your birthday; That you have a date to the prom; , "That your children do well in school; That your daughter allergic to dresses; That your son isnt allergic to the . barber shop; That friends are still an important part of our lives; isnt That someone vented rubber boots so little boys can measure the depth of mud pud- room that is large to dles; enough for the family gather for Thanksgiving dinner; in- ; And most of all, that thon, and it took most of his time for the last two months to organize and pull off this project. A thank you goes to all members of the Juab High School girls volleyball team, and to the North Sanpete girls volleyball team for trav-- ' eling over. Ross in September of 1919 and they moved to Castle Gate in 1922. He died in 1965.
