Blue ribbon winners from the East Juab County area in that event were Kyle Garrett, honors. Group 3 group honors were won by Tracy Hansen of Richfield. Blue ribbon winners from East Juab County were Kyle Garrett, Casey Winn, Cody 2 Taylor, Jim and Janice Stephenson, Brook and Deanna Taylor, Jim and Nellie Stephensen, Dale and DaNell Worwood, and the USU Extension Service. Its hard to know when you should spray and when you shouldn't. The insects could be in your field today and fly onto another one tomorrow. On the other hand, they may stay for a long time.
