Sophomores will hold Sweater Dance Saturday The annual Juab High School Sophomore sweater dance will be held Saturday evening, November 12. Dancing will begin at 9 p.m. at the JHS gymnasium. The sophomores will award sweaters to four people in attendance. The theme of the dance is Were all Alone. Music will be furnished by Crossroads. The sophomore assembly, held traditionally in connection with the dance, will be held on Thursday during the first period class. As a special feature of the dance, photos will be taken by Kimo Coray. "old-fashione- Transportation meet will be held in Fillmore Nov. 16 Residents of Juab, Millard, Piute, Sanpete, Sevier, and Wayne counties will soon have a chance to proe vide their ideas on transportation plans for their area. The Utah Transportation Commission will hold a state transportation planning meeting for these counties on Wednesday, November 16 in the Millard High School auditorium at 35 North Second West in Fillmore. The meeting will long-rang- secretary. The delegates will attend all sessions of the convention in company with more than 100 other FFA members from Utah. The Utah delegation left Salt Lake City by plane on Tuesday morning and will return late Friday evening. The convention will feature special speakers and a presentation of awards to national winners in special areas. Four finalists will be will d ning districts. Future trans- portation plans and current projects are explained in the meetings. The meetings are then opened for public comments.
