Arlene Carter, Miss Wheelchair Utah, attends contest Here's Nephi news Miss Arlene Carter, daughter of Rex Carter of Nephi, participated last weekend in the Miss Wheelchair of America contest at Columbus, Ohio. Miss Carter was selected last spring as Miss Wheelchair of Utah at the state contest. She was accompanied to Columbus by Miss Nan Stephensen daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arlan Stephensen.
