Show GRADUATION DAY ... Com- mencement . . . can be a day of mixed emotions. It can be a very happy occasion signifying completion of a prescribed course of study which began in Kindergarten some 13 years previously. It signifies that each of those receiving diplomas have in fact achieved in the many facets of learning skills, and are prepared to go on to fields of higher learning, to become doctors, lawyers, teachers, executives in business or to achieve in another chosen field or to use the skills possessed today to enter the work-a-da-y fields of the laboring man. God-give- n GRADUATION DAY also can be a sobering time, when we look at our close friends . . . some for the last time, possibly, as paths of life take each his individual way.
