On Monday afternoon, Chief of Police Jack Brough arrested a Salt Lake City couple, who in company with an older lady, and three children, had taken a large number of artificial flower displays, and three baskets for cut flowers. Following the arrest, a fine of $25.00 was levied by City Justice of the Peace dead Blackett, Chief Brough stated. The displays of artificial flowers and baskets are now at the City Hall, where they may be identified by owners. Clark Greenhalgh, Juab High School facultly member, son of Joseph H. Greenhalgh and husband of Marjorie M. Greenhalgh will receive his Master of Science Education degree at the University of Utah; Grant H. Taylor of Salt Lake City, son of Mr. and Mrs. Heber C. Taylor, Levan, will receive Master degree In Science Education, also at the U. of U.; Mark C. Warner, son of Mr. and Mrs. James A. (Jay) Warner will receive his Master Degree In Zooloogy at the Utah State University. He Is currently working toward a doctorate at Oklahoma State University; Roland Scott Nebeker, son of Mr. and Mrs .Thad M. Nebeker will receive a Master degree In Business Administration from University of Utah.
