Mrs. Worthington was bom at Nephi November 30, 1888, daughter of William and Hannah Cunliff Andrews. She was married to William Worthington October 30, 1912 at Salt Lake City, the marriage later being solemnized in the Manti ' Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-da- y Saints. She had been a Relief Society block teacher for 45 years. Surviving are her husband of Nephi; one son and two daughters: Thomas Claude War- - ; thington, Livermore, California; Lula Worthington of Nephi and Mrs. Marvin (LaRue) Johnson, Ephraim. .
