Exhibits were exceptionally nice and more people exhibited than in previous years. It was especially nice to have Eureka residents participate more this year. A fine group of exhibits was brought over from Eureka by fair workers, lone Ryan and Lilly Erickson. Eureka also sent a large group of talented young people to perform on the talent show Thursday evening. A steer was brought from Callao and exhibited by a member, Colette Parker. The Style Dress Revue on Wednesday evening was very nice. Fifty girls modeled their projects made In the clothing clubs this year. Rhonda Stanley of Mona and Glenda Sparks of Nephi were selected by the judges to represent Juab County at the State Style Dress Revue later this month. Linda Pay and Sheryl Belliston were selected alternates. Sweepstakes winners in the open class departments were as follow: Mr. and Mrs. G. L. Shepherd on pom pom dahlias and Vera Wankier on petunias; Foods - Juanita Esplin on dinner rolls and Mrs. James P. At the horse show Thursday morning and Friday night, 35 members competed for honors.
