Howard, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack W. Howard, in impressive rites in the Manti Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-da- y Saints on Saturday June 22, 1968. Accompanying the couple to the Temple were the brides uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Also Edgar N. Christensen. witnessing the ceremony, performed by Elder Ray B. Me Kinnon of the Temple presidency, were Mr. and Mrs. Reed Greenhalgh. That evening a reception honoring the couple was held at the Levan Ward hall. For the reception, the bride wore a floor length empire gown of crystal crepe. The bodice, sleeves and train were covered with bridal lace, and the hem of the skirt was accented with appliques of the same lace. The bride wore a shoulder length veil of bridal illusion and carried a bouquet of a large white orchid surrounded by feathered carnations. Matron of honor was Leora Ivie, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Nanette Aagard( sister, and friends Rona Shepherd, Claudia Morgan, Sandra Wilkey and Patricia Ingram. The matron of honor and wore bridesmaids matching Accessories dresses. yellow were white lace gloves and yellow tulle veils. Corsages were green baby orchids surrounded by feathered carnations. Flower girls were nieces of the bride: Cindy Ivie, Connie Ivie and Carma Aagard. The flower girls wore matching mint green dresses trimmed with a neck. Each held a bouquet of feathered carnations. The brides mother wore a mint green dress highlighted with white sequins on the collar. The grooms mother wore a matching yellow dress highlighted with sequins. They wore matching corages. Best man was Thomas Reay of Pleasant Grove. Ushers were Scott Ivie of Delta, Howard Morgan of Goshen and Bart self-ruff- le Mr. and Mrs. Earl Andrews, son and daughter in law of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Andrews, visited with his parents last week end. On Monday, the couple left for Newport, Rhode, Island where he will enter of- fleers training in the U. S Navy. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Carter attended the Winn reunion in Salt Lake City on Sunday. Mrs. Flora Rumph of San Francisco, California spent two days last week with her cousin, Mrs. Gilbert Bailey.
