During the week following October 1, the judging team, representing the various clubs of Nephi, will make their final check of conditions throughout the city and will select the winner. I attended the football game last Friday when the Juab team played B. Y. High and there were 20 or 30 people there from Nephi. Thats real excellent support for a city of this size. Id say that the parents and friends of these kids must be quite ashamed of them if thats all that are going to show up at these games. These kids work two or three hours every day to build a foot ball team and the Pro Vita works to give half time entertainment for their parents who dont care and dont have time to came and see them perform. You sure see the parents complaining to the City Police about the kids who drag main street and make noise in their cars. Clubs were given responsibility to organize and direct the different phases of the program. Mangelson, son of Mr. and Mrs. LeGrande Mangelson of the Levan Ward, has accepted a call to serve in the Neteher-land- s (Mission of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-da- y Saints, according to an announcement this week by Bishop Golden Mangelson of the Levan Ward.
