The Pro Wasps Win Over Manti; To Meet Panguitch Today League play was finally over for Juabs basketball team as they walked past Mantis five at Manti Friday night to give Juab a place in the regional round robin tournament to be held at Mt. Pleasant this week end. Juab scored four points for each of Mantis three to bring Edward to a final score Kendall led the scoring for both teams and the game with 13. He was followed by Carl Bailey with nine, Bruce Beal with 7 and Carl Howard with 6 points to his credit. The game was the deciding factor to tell what team would go to the reginoal meet on Thursday. 44-3- 3. Projects Being Planned for State Meet The Industrial Arts classes under the able supervision of Mt. Shaw are making a variety of interesting projects this year. The seventh grade is in the classroom at the present mechanical time studying The ninth grade is drawing. in woodworking at the present time. They are turning out Delta Wins State end tables, coffee tables, gun cabinets and lamps. 91so for the past few weeks some of the boys have been working in leathercraft. The Senior High students have been working on closets, lamps, nut bowls and leathercraft articles such as wallets and belts. Some of the boys are work ing toward the Industrial Arts contest which will be held in May. The top projects will be entered in this contest. Juab projects have placed high in past years, and it is hoped that this year the projects will again we worthy of state recognition Dale Bailey.
