Elgin Gardner States announces "The peace-tim- e requirements for Red Cross services never were greater" R. Klgin Gardner, chairman of the Fast Juab Red Cross Chapter stated today in announcing a statewide meeting of chapter officers ind volunteer fund leaders from all Red Cross chapters to hear James T. Nicholson, Executive vice president of the American Red Cross, Washington that he is now operating D. C. The meeting will le held today the Jade Room of the Hotel Utah in Salt Lake City. Mr. Nicholson will sjx'ak at a special luncheon on the world wide affairs of the organization. In addition, the chapter representatives attending will discuss plans for their activities for the month of March, including the annual drive for members and funds.
