Thirty teams tested their games on two courses last w eekend in the Arch and Horsehead Twm Man Best Ball Tournament. Teams from Moab, Farmington, NM, Orem and SLC joined several local teams in the newly formatted July 16 Saturday BHRS racing, Bull Hollow Raceway, Monticello tournament featuring Hideout the Moab Southeast Utah ABAJO MOUNTAINS No Last week, recent report. Anglers might try wooly worms, silver spoons or worms. Fishing continues to he fair at Kens Lake, where most trout are being caught with PowerBait or worms. A few largemouth bass have been caught on worms and small spinners. Warner Lake is accessible, although fishing has been slow. Fishing has been good at Oowah with salmon eggs or black and silver Jakes Spina-Lur- es. Anglingat Hidden and Dons lakes has been slow. Good bait choices include orange PowerBait or salmon eggs. Bike Chase is this week The 19th annual Blue Mountain Bike Chase is Saturday, July 9 beginning at 9 a.m. at Loyds Lake. The bike chase is a high endurance event in which mountain bike racers start at Loyds Lake and race up the Abajo Mountains. Two courses are used, one a single track that crosses the front range of the Abajos; the other a climbing course that takes racers through Cooley Pass near the top of Abajo Peak.
