Anderson on September 2, 2003 Christian Haws, age 36, is fined $925, ordered to complete 100 hours of community service, placed on 36 months probation and sentenced to 10 days in San Juan County Jail after pleading guilty to three counts of felony forging or altering a prescription for a controlled substance. Fred L. Culver, age 31, is sentenced to 5 years in the Utah State Prison after pleading guilty to charges of felony illegal possession or use of a controlled substance. This suspension does not include riding ATV's on State Highways. This temporary suspension of the County Ordinance does not apply to State Law, which requires riders between the ages of 8 and 16 to have completed a certified safety course, ride with an adult and wear a safety helmet. In addition, riders between 16 and 18 years of age must have a valid drivers license and have a safety helmet. All e riders must obey all state and local traffic rules. |
