V Heaven whispered her home, and loved ones embraced her. Joan was born Nov. 7, 1933 in Blanding, UT to Joseph Clarence and Alfreda Ellen - June 15, 2003 sionary. The family served in the Whiterocks Indian Mission and the couple served at the Hill Cumorah Visitors Center. She struggled with health challenges her entire life, and par- ents and catch on.
