Public notice Public notice RESOLUTION 19mm A RESOLUTION TO ADOIT BUILDING PERMIT FEES AS ESTABLISHED IN THE 1994 UNIFORM BUILDING CODE WHEREAS, the City of Monticello currently assesses building permit fees which were set forth in the 1991 Uniform Building Code and dated June 8. 1994. adopted by Resolution and WHEREAS, it is deemed appropriate at this time for the City to adopt the fees established m the 1994 Uniform Building Code, NOW. THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Monticello City Council that 1 Building permit fees for the City of Monticello will be the same as those established in ofl he 1994 Uniform Building Code, a Table copy of which is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution 2.
