Hazel was also a part of Bluff for a good many years, after marrying Olin Oliver. While her health remained good, she was active in the Senior Citizen group, and we enjoyed her presence. After her health deterior-iated- , and she was no longer able to go to our meetings, we knew we were always welcome at her home. She also moved away to be Hooper and Hazel Oliver. Opal and her husband Arlie lived here for many years, while they ran a store. She was a happy person who seemed to love everyone and was so loved in return. She worked with the Navajos and Utes, traded with them and they appreciated the concern and love she showed them. News of her death brought forth expressions of sorrow and regret from all of us.
