Curlis Billsie was sentenced to serve six months in the San Juan County jail for violation of probation. In 1989, Billsie pleaded guilty to attempted forcible sexual abuse, and, at that time, was placed on probation. Robin Beason sentenced to one year in the San Juan County jail for possession of stolen property, a third degree felony. Court will stay execution of jail sentence and place the defendant on informal probation for one year on the petitioner, an order establishing heirship of the estate of Kay R. Mourer, and granted Ned A. Jensen, petitioner, an order establishing heirship of the estate of Adella A. Bronson. In Civil proceedings, Court granted a stipulated divorce to Connie Whipple and issued decree establishing Robinson Bitsilly as the father of a minor child and set support at $105 per month. The Court further ordered judgment entered in the amount of $3,854 for public assistance and $75 for Court filing fees. Javis Cantsee failed to appear to answer a charge of burglary, a third degree felony. On request of counsel, Court agreed to notify the defendant to appear on July 10. Gladys met Harvey William Adair, a cowboy, while visiting in Bluff, and they were married on September 12, 1923 in the Salt Lake Temple of the LDS Church. They worked for a while on a road crew at Kane Springs, with Gladys as the head cook. They moved to Card of thanks Blanding in July of 1924, and then to Bluff the next summer.
