Show THE SAN JUAN RECORD Pepsi donates cash computers to schools Pepsi Cola Company of Utah last week officially donated over $30,000 in cash and prizes to 281 Utah schools for their participation in the Pepsi Cash Cap Program just completed. Interim Superintendent of Public Education, Scott Bean, received a check symbolic of the total from Ed Hunter, Pepsi assistant area marketing manager, in a ceremony held May 10, at the Pepsi manufacturing plant in West Valley City. 'Pepsi is proud to be a partner in funding Utah education, said Hunter. This is an opportunity to reinforce our overall commitment to staying forever young. Three schools were declared winners of the program for having collected the most caps throughout the program: Montezuma Creek Elementary School in Montezuma Creek, 14,610 caps. Central Davis Junior High School in Layton 9,865 caps and White Horse High School in Montezuma 4,100 caps.
