The City of Blanding, Utah, will receive sealed bids for runway and apron rehabilitation and apron expansion at the Blanding Municipal Airport located within San Juan County. Bids will be received at City Hall, Blanding, Utah until 7:00 P.M. MST on the 11th day of March, 1987 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
