Monticello will feel the loss of the Day family in scouting when the family moves to Loa, Utah, where Robert Day has beennamed district forest ranger. Membership in this scholastic honor society at the University of Utah is limited. Freshman must have a 3.5 grade point average. Only about five percent of the freshmen achieve this honor. Snyder was vice president of Whitehorses student body in 1983 and was a Sterling Scholar and recipient of a full tuition scholarship from UNDC. He is taking courses.
