TUTHILL t 1 David Richard TuthUl, 60, 620 Agana Drive, died of an apparent heart attack Sept. 1, 1981, at the Hotchkiss camp grounds. He was or of the Western Slope Hearing Aid Center in Grand Junction. Mr. Tuthill was born April 23, 1921 in Oakes, N.D., where he spent his childhood and graduated from high school. He attended the University of North Dakota and the University of Colorado. He lived in North Dakota and Boulder before coming to Grand Junction 16 years ago. Mr. TuthiU and Phyllis Mc owner-operat- 16 Mr. TuthUl was a member of the First United Methodist Church, the Optimists, theQuart-erbac- k C tub and Moose Lodge270. He was interested in all types of sports. During World War II, he served in the U.S.Army. Surivors include one daughter, one three sons, one step-so- n, brother, two sisters, and three grandchUdren.
