Now they want to give it to the Nava joes without first consulting the Utes. The White Mesa Utes are opposed to the whole idea ' and they hope it faUs If the people who through. control the land around here are content to give it to the Nava joes, why dont they give it back to the original inhabitants, the Utes. It seems to the Utes that while we, the true owners of this land, are remaining silent, the white men and the Nava-jo- es are bickering and fighting over this land.'
