Jack has lived in Monticello for 17 years, and is a 1962 graduate of MHS. He and his wife, Jessie, have three children Troy, Shari, and Jodi. NEWS THIS WEEK, AT THE CREEK Jack believes in the potential of Monticello and favors expansion in order to provide employment opportunities for the citys young people. He believes expansion will come to the East, and the city must make improvements in the sewer system to allow this growth.
