S. Bureau of Land Management for oil and gas leasing, according to Robert D. Nielson, BLM state director for Utah. Sealed bids must be received by BLM before Nov. 24 at 2 p. m. when bids will be opened in the Salt Lake Federal Building. Separate bids must be submitted on any of the 10 parcels, Mr. Nielson said. Offered are 1,920.24 acres in the known geological structures of Long Canyon, Southman Canyon, Bitter Creek, Coyote Basin and Coyote Wash fields. Sizes of the parcels range from 40 to 560 acres. Leases will be issued to the lighest qualified bidders who, in addition to paying the amounts of their bids, will jay the usual rental for the use of the land and royalties on oil and gas extracted.
