Show Jm FLORENCE Si Mr. and Mrs. S.mi Shore and family left Sunday for Samoa where the Shores will teach for the next three yeais. They will be sorting their church as well as teaching. The Harry Terrs will also soon leae for Samoa where he will manage a school. We wish these people a lot of success in their new ventuies. Truman K. Rigby, George Applegate and Neldon Cochran have gone to Iogan to attend summer schools while their families remain here to keep the home fires burning. Mrs. Minnie Johnson returned from California in time to the Birthday Club in honor of her birthday. She entertained at her home on Sunday evening. After her delicious buffet supper the guests were entertained by Darwin Jones at the piano and by his singing of several favorite tunes of the ladies. Mrs. Johnson was assisted by her daughter, Mrs. Darwin Jones, and by Mrs. Pauline Lauder-bac- k. co-host- ess Mrs. Ilene Quent took the Sam Shores and their personal belongings to Salt Lake Sun- day to catch the plane for Samoa, returning home on Monday. The Shores plan to visit friends until Wednesday. Wayland spoke at the Morning Worship services of the San Juan Community Church, telling of the work of the Village Missions across the United States. He left Tuesday morning and that afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Ken Price of Myrtle Point, Ore. , arrived for a visit with the Pattersons. The Prices attend the church where Rev.
