Each student was given prepared materials on transistors along with a sampler transistor. The guide explained that trans-- J istors manufactured in the Ship-rocplant were presently assisting in the operation of electronic equipment on the moon, and some of their equipment accompanied the astronauts on their journeys around the earth. The next stop was at the Came Lodge in Farmington. This was a thrill to everyone, particularly the adults. The group saw several live game animals before being escorted into the huge lodge which was filled with hundreds of mounted game animals. The trophies included everything from lizards to elephants.
