Show monticello locals By Grace Cleary Edley Pearson from Okla. visited the Ernest Harrals one day last week. Doug Pehrson, a student at the University of Utah, has returned to school after a successful weekend deer hunt. Mrs. Ben Schafer and Mrs. Grace Cleary took Mrs. Golda Barnes and Mrs. Flossie Roberts from Costa Mesa, Calif, to Moab Sunday afternoon to see some of our red sandstone country. They drove up the river a few miles and also took in part of Arches National Monument Hunter visitors at the Evan Pehrson home recently were Paul Baumgardner from Monterey, Calif., George Baumgardner from Alameda, Calif., and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Pehrson and Ronald Opp from Clearfield, Utah. Mrs. Clytie Barber took her son Alan to Grand Junction on Thursday where he was admitted to St. Marys Hospital He was treated for an eye injury received when he was hit with a football. The boy wa3 improved enough to be allowed to come home Saturday. KennethHoggard, grandson of Mrs. Louise Duckett fell Friday while playing at the recreation field and broke a bone in his left wrist. The boy was feeling well enough to leave the hospital the next day. Kenneth and the three other Hoggard children visited their grandmother until Monday morning before returning to their home in Midvale. They enjoyed hunting with their aunt, Mrs. Angeline Westcott.
