At the conclusion of her stay here the Davises will take her to Payson to see other relatives before she returns to her home in Seattle. Sunday callers at the Lovinia Redd home were Mrs. Frances White, John and Merald White, and Mrs. Vinnie Harker and baby girl. Merald has just been discharged from the Air Force after four years of service and was last stationed near Sweetwater, Texas. Vinnie and little daughter are from Long Beach, Calif, and are visiting her folks in La Sal. Mr. and Mrs. Daryle Redd motored to Salt Lake City to visit their daughter, Tonya, who is hospitalized there. Mr. Redd came back to get his son, Hardy, off to college and then returned to Salt Lake City. Proud parents are Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Hogge. Their first child, a 7 lb. 2 oz. boy, was born Sept. 12 at the Dee Memorial Hospital in Ogden. Mrs. Hogge and baby will soon join Mr. Hogge, counselor for the Monticello schools. Mr. and Mrs. Reuben Meeks, Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Dan Bryan, Loa, cousins of Mrs. Lucinda Redd, called on her to offer birthday congratulations. Also here were former residents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Southworth, Tucson, Ariz. who brought greetings from Effie Redd Jameson. Family members Mr. and Mrs. Roe Redd and Fritz Winzenreid arrived Monday to be with their mother and mother-in-laon the occasion of her 101st birthday anniversary.
