Show AX ORDINANCE ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY TO CITY LIMITS Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Monticello as follows: WHEREAS, a majority of the owners of the hereinafter described real property owning not less d in value of said than real property as shown by the last assessment rolls, having petitioned the City Council to annex said territory to the City of Monticello, and WHEREAS, said real property lies contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Monticello, and said petitioners WHEREAS, have caused to be filed in the Office of the Recorder of the City of Monticello an accurate plat of said real property prepared and certified by a competent surveyor; NOW, THEREFORE, it is Ordained as follows: 1. That the hereinafter described territory situated in San Juan County, Utah, be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Monticello and the corporate limits of said City are hereby extended accordingly, said territory being described as follows: Beginning at a point 2539.3 feet South and 1690.4 feet West of the Northeast corner of Section 25, Township S3 South, Range 23 East of S.
