That on June 1, 1955 there was issued by the United States of America under section 11 of the Act of August 13, 1954 (68 Stat 708), an oil and gas lease to Joe Lyon, Jr., as lessee, and that Union Oil Company of California, a California corporation whose address is 444 Sherman Street, Denver 3, Colorado, is the present lessee under said lease as to the lands described in section 2 of this notice, bearing Serial No. Utah 014491, as shown by the records of the Bureau of Land Management, Department of the Interior; and 2. That said lease covers lands in the County of San Juan, State of Utah, described as follows, to wit: Township 35 South, Range 20 East, S.L.M. Meridian.
