TWIN FALLS, Idaho Despite the development of a case of meningitis Sunday and another one Monday, health officers are working constantly to keep the situation in hand by the prompt quarantining of every person known to have come In contact with infected cases. There are only three cases in Twin Falls at present, one being practically well and able to be released from the iso lation ward of the county hospital and another one recovering, while the third was taken there Monday for treatment.
