The public is invited to hear each organization in concert performance but will be permitted to remain for the sight reading only with the BANDS ORDER OF MARCH Parade will form at the Court House. Line of march will be East to First East, turn right, march two blocks south to First So , turn right to Main Street. Parade will start at ThiM Ward Church, proceed north on Main Street, manuvers (limited to five minutes) will be executed, beginning at Center Street crossing of Main. Bands will proceed north on Main and disband north of the High School building. permission ot directors performing. He is one of Utahs most outstanding composers, having composed many numbers for bands and orchestras that are on the music festival lists. He is one of the favorite judges for music festivals in the itermountam area. Terry is a native of Enterprise, Washington County and taught music in St. George before he continued his career m the schools in the norhern part of the state. He is now vocal instructor at the Lincoln High School in Orem. He is known throughout the West as one of the dsnamic directors of the huge MIA choruses which have performed at the annual June conference of the MIA. He will judge the choruses during the Region Six Mus.c Festival B here Saturday. Dr. N. W. Christiansen is also tops in judging ability and experience. He is head of the mus !c department at Utah State Agricultural College in Logan, and among the most eminent musieans of the State. He will judge ' orchestras during the music festival. |
