Envoy To Youth Conference Earl Spencer, High School Student Body President and member of the Senior Class, will represent the school at the Salt Lake Rotary Youth Conference in the Capitol City next week, it is announced by Principal W. K. Daly. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Spencer of Paragonah. Mr. Spencer was chosen by the school faculty for this outstanding honor because of his high scholastic standing, his experience in school government and his extra - currieulr activities on the campus, Mr. Daly said. In addition to his present responsibilities as president of the student body, Earl has served as class officer, member of the Prom committee, and other student offices. He has also participated in athletics, being a member of the football squad during all three years of his attendance at the local school. He expects to graduate from the school in May and aside from the seemingly inevitable army career, would like to pursue his higher education In the field of science.
