Newspaper Week Kenneth M. Joseph, Parowan, has been appointed manager of debate at Branch Agricultural college, it was announced Wednesday by Richard M. Rowley, debate coach. Mr. Joseph is a sohpomore student in language arts, and is a member of the BAC debate squad. The group is already at work preparing for participation in several Mr. Rowley intercollegiate meets, said. The national question this year Resolved that a federal world is government should be established.
