Commercial Clubs At Richfield. The United Commercial clubs of Sanpete, Sevier and Piute counties met at Richfield last Saturday at 4 oclock p. m. M. F. Murray of Ephraim presided, eleven commercial bodies from the three counties being represented. The matter of advertising this section, which was to have been the principal object of the meeting, was postponed until after the meeting of state commerctal clubs shall have met and taken action on the advertising of Utah generally. The clubs decided to hold the next meeting at Mt. Pleasant on Feb. G. A committee consisting of Messrs Cherry of Vt. Pleasant, Snell of Salioa, Horning of Manti, Johnson of Richfield and Whyte of Marysvale , was appointed to draft a program for that meeting. At the conclusion of the meeting the guests were escorted to the Star pavillion, where a bauquet was servod Ryan of Salt Lake was in Gunnison during the first part of the week talking scrap with the local sports.
