Suddenly Rogan felt a peculiar sen. satlon In his nose. He reached for It with his hand, and found the nose was almost severed from Its place by Bargaot's teeth. The two men are alleged to have clinched again. Rogan said he became so Infuriated that he grabbed a shotgun and fired into Bargant's left side. Bargant moved aside and received the full charge In the elbow of his left arm, shattering the bone and tearing the flash almost away. Rogan said ha did not feel Bargant's teeth clamping on his nose, nor any pain until their holds were separated. Hospital attaches say Bargant will probably lose his arm, but will recover unless tetanus shows within a few days. In case of recovery he will be held for trial charged with mayhem.
