It is the hope of the local library chairperson WAAIME Organization that Jeanece Cowan for her hard these supplies will help local work in getting these books to the libraries, and all the local librarians for their dedication in getting these books out to the children, students and communities understand that mining is the backbone of all industries. The WAAIMEs appreciate the community. Tahna Merrell donates hair to Locks of Love Tahna Merrell, 1 6, who will be a junior at Emery High School, cut her hair, after many years of avoiding the scissors. She had 11 inches taken off and donated the hair to Locks of Love. Hair donated to this organization is processed into hairpieces for children undergoing medical treatments that may cause them to lose their own hair. Kim Edgehouse donated the haircut for Tahna. Tahna was left with plenty of hair to start the new school year and also sent enough hair away to Locks of Love to help build a wig for a child in need.
