Heather Is a junior middle blocker on the Emery volleyball team. In the last two matches she has come off the bench to replace injured players and has filled In well. She had nine blocks and four saves against North Sanpete and Delta. Heather, a senior, finished in second place at the Region 11 Cross Country meet In Mt. Pleasant last week. She upset the region favorite In that e finmeet and helped Emery to a ish. Mike, also a senior, has shown steady Improvement throughout the cross country season on the boys' team. His strong finish at the region meet last week helped Emery to the conference championship. Jay, a senior on the Emery football team, had a great game against Richfield. Defensively, he recovered a fumble and returned it 99 yards for a touchdown. On offense, the wide receiver had five catches. Heather Ward rights-of-wa- The election officials who will conduct the election are the same as those appointed under provisions oflaw to conduct the general election. The voting at the special bond election shall be by ballot, which ballots will be furnished by the County Clerk of Emery County to the judges of the election, to be by them furnished to the qualified voters. The polls at each polling place shall be opened at the hour of 7:00 A.M. and will be kept open until and will be closed at the hour of 8:00 P.M. There is to be no special registration of voters for such special bond election and the official register of voters last made or revised shall constitute the register for such special bond election, except all qualified electors of the Castle Valley Special Service District registered to vote at the general election shall be considered registered to vote in the special bond election. The Emery County Clerk will cause the registration agents in the Castle Valley Special Service District to make d registration lists or copies of such lists available at each of the polling places for use by registered electors entitled to use such polling place. Absentee ballots may be obtained by any person otherwise eligible to vote at the special bond election but who is physically disabled, who will be serving as an election judge in another voting precinct, or who expects to be absent from Emery County on the day of the special bond election by making application in the manner and within the time provided by law, either by mail or in person, at the office of the County Clerk of Emery County at the County Courthouse, 95 East Main, Castle Dale, Utah.
