No deposit has been made by the Underwriters toward the purchase price. The 2012 Series Bonds shall be dated as of July 1. 1982, shall bear interest at the rate of thirteen and one-hapercent (13.5) per annum from such date on January 1 and July 1 of payable each year with the first interest payment to be made on January 1, 1983, and shall mature on July 1, 2012. The 2012 Series Bonds shall be issuable as coupon bonds, registrable as to principal only, in the denomination of $5,000, and as fully registered bonds, without coupons, in the denominations of $5,000 and any multiple thereof. The 2012 Series Bonds shall be subject to optional or mandatory redemption upon the happening of certain events and in the manner as described in the Indenture. The 2012 Series Bonds and the interest coupons appertaining thereto shall never constitute or give rise to a general obligation or pecuniary liability of, or a charge against, the general credit or taxing powers of the County or the State of Utah or any other political subdivision thereof. Neither the full faith and credit nor the taxing power of the County, or the State of Utah or any other political subdivision thereof is pledged to the payment of the principal of, or premium, if any, on the 2012 Series Bonds or the interest thereon or other costs incident thereto. Pursuant to the Sublease the subrentals payable by the Company are to be sufficient to pay the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on, the 2012 Series Bonds and the Prior Bonds. A copy of the Resolution adopted on July 21, 1982, authorizing the issuance of the 2012 Series Bonds and copies of the Lease, Sublease, Indenture, and the Underwriting Agreement, the Inducement Letter dated July 21, 1982, from the Company to the County and the Managers, the Preliminary Official Statement dated July 1, 1982, and the final Official Statement dated July 21, 1982, may be examined at the office of the County Clerk of Emery County, Utah, at the Emery County Courthouse, 95 East Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah, at any time during regular business hours of the County, that is, from 8:00 a.m. to5:00p.m. on any regular business day of the County, Monday through Friday, for a period of thirty (30) days after publication of this Notice. Reference is made to the Resolution, Lease, Sublease, Indenture, Underwriting Agreement, Inducement Letter, Preliminary Official Statement and the final Official Statement for all particulars and details concerning the 2012 Series Bonds and the security and funds provided for payment thereof.
