The 70 x 70 foot building is being built by Bell Construction, low bidder with $99,000. Huntington City provided the land and utility hook ups and deeded the land to the county which founded building costs. The building will be air conditioned and heated with gas. It will be partitioned to allow a 30 x 40 foot space for the Huntington' City library and a 70 x 40 foot area for the senior citizens. A joint restroom will be installed, serving both facilities.
