May 4th whenLaRaes Dance school presents a tap, ballet, and modern jazz extravaganza for the benefit of the Emery County High School band. The matinee is at 11 a.m., the evenmg performance at 7:30 pm at tue High school theatre. Ninety dancers rangmg from age three thiough fifteen and on up are peifectmg their steps and trying on costumes for the thrilling event. Every dance features a different costume, all gorgeous. The peacock and the goldfish numbers are double whammy eye catchers. The zebias will honky tonk, the Pentiums cha cha, the monkeys swing, and clinks hop and stmt, the bulls fight and the shunts do their tiling, just to name a few of the aijpealmg home talent staging on docket for tniery countv. The grand finale will feature the entile parade of animals acrobatic across the stage. Lach animal is going to rate a personal Introduction. They started out with 23 racers, with bikes of all sizes, across the desert llats, onto a marked course, to begin a 50 mile race against men, machine and terrain. leading the race was Kris Morgan, from Goshen, Utah, on a 173 Kawasaki who crossed the finish lme to receive the first overall trojihy.
