Show Orangeville News Captain Lamont Lav and family from Fort McClellan, Alabama, Mr. and Mrs. John Snow and family of Bountiful, the Sherrald Law family of Price, Mr. and Mrs, Ruane Law and family, Orangeville were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs Perry Snow. Also arriving this weekend to Join the group were Mr. and Mrs. date Mask of El Paso, Texas, Maureen Portei at St. Joseph, Arizona, The latter are Lamonts wlfes parents and aunt. Visiting here Sunday at church were Mr. and Mrs. Richard Henderson and mother also other folks from upstate, who are vacationing at the Joes Valley Recreation -- area. mere visiting recently the Malone Jew-k- es family was their daughter Pat, the Kent Bartons of California. Kent helped get the cattle on the mountain. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Humphrey had as guests recently, Phylliss sister Anita and husband of Loveland, California, also spending the holiday weekend here with Lees family was Lillys fiancee Gert Heinzig of Lehi. Vacationing this week enroute to Norman, Alabama, and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Van Buran, and accompying them as far as Farmington, New Mexico was Mrs. Vera Berg, fhe Van Burans will visit their son Kelley and family for a week. Mr. and Mrs. Keith Lake of Taylorsville are welcoming a new 71b. baby girt at their home, born June 27, 1972. Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. , Burdell Lake of Castle Dale, Mrs. Zinnia Humphreey is the maternal grandmother Both families have been caring for the other children this week. Mrs. Humphreey will go to Taylorsville for a few days to assist in the home and caring for the new comer. Sunday in L.D.S. church, Margaret Ruth Reneer and Shirley Louise Reneer were confirmed as members of theL.D.S. Church by one of the Stake missionaries, Ermon Rowley. The girls are recent converts. Memberships were accepted for the Reneers girls and the Earl Ward family who are living in the Amasa Scovillhome. Mr. and Mrs. R.L. Benson and family of California came the past week to visit Evelyns mother, Mrs. ivy Thomas and members of her family. Mr. Benson returned to the coast to arrange for living quarters, as they are moving from their former location. Noreen Brown, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Brown is back east visiting her sister, Linda Jensen. She is also working in the area. Galen Davis, an L.D.S. Elder in the Maryland District was very surprised and also happy to see Noreen at church. Lee Bunderson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mack Bunderson has completed his service requirements in Europe and will be returning home soon. Abrother Sim flew over to meet him and the two will spend a few weeks touring Europe. The Clique Club met Thursday June 29th at the home of Mrs. Lenna Ockay. Luncheon , business and recreation was the order of the meeting. Richard Snow, son of Mr. and 'Mrs. Sheldon snow and his wife are presently in Germany . He has been promoted to a staff sergeant. Having visited recently in Holland, they plan to spend the 4th of July in France and later tour Spain. Mr. and Mrs. Kendall Gardner are happy with the arrival of their new baby girl born last week at a salt Lake City hospital. Deanna and new baby are now home. Mr. and Mrs. Vem shiner enjoyed a visit with relatives and sight seeing on their vacation to California. Miss Rue Ann Ware is attending business school in Salt Lake City. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rue Ware. Laurel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray slttenid is in Provo working and attending some classes at school. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Tuttle and children of California arrived here Sunday for a vacation with his folks, Bishop and Mrs. Blaine Tuttle and family. Mr. and Mrs. George Olson have had many guests the past week enroute to their mountain family reunion at the Olson Ranch in upper Joes Valley. Mr. and Mrs. Harry E. snow of Moab were here last week to attend the wedding reception for Harrys nephew, Randy Bell and his new bride. Many out of town guests were in attendance. Mr. and Mrs. Van J. Gardner and family are attending a Rowley-Gardn- er family gathering this week at Indian Creek campsite. Bishop and Mrs. Royce Stilson and three children of Salt Lake city brought his parents and met Sallys folks the Emil Lukes, and enjoyed a mountain trip.
