Ruel was well liked throughout the county by young and old alike. He was a very talented artist and musician. Many of his paintings have been displayed throughout the State. Some of his paintings are now on display in our new Emery County Museum in Castle Dale. He was to have begun work this week on a mural on the museum wall. He will be greatly missed by everyone.
