Mr. Moffitt states that all farmers should vote and return their ballots and be sure they sign the certification. Ballots will be counted Friday, December, 1965 at the ASCS office at 10 a.m. The Comelected munity Committeemen will meet Thursday, December 9, 1965 at 10 a.m. and elect a County Committee. This meeting will also be held in the ASCS office. The public is invited to both of these meetings. Senator Frank E. Moss said Wednesday that thi .'Jational Park Service expects ;o make contract awards for facilities to be used in the development of Canyonlands National Park during November and December. The Utah Democrat, who introduced the bill creating Canyonlands National Park, said in a statement released through his Washington office that the National Park Service will pur chase trailers for use by Park personnel late in November.
