NOTICE OF BOND ELECTION EMERY COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN election has been called to be held In each of the regular election districts in Emery County, Utah, on Tuesday, the 2nd day of July, 1963, at which there shall be submitted to such qualified voters of said County as shall have paid a property tax therein in the year preceding such election, the following question Shall Emery County, Utah, incur debt and issue general obligation bonds to the amount of $230,000 to run for a period of not more than 20 years from the date thereof and to bear interest at a rate or rates not in excess of 4.2 Per an" num for the purpose of paying part of the cost of erecting a public building to be used as in infirmary and for other related purposes in and for Emery County, including the acquisition of a site and all necessary furnishings and equipment therefor?
