Escorted by her father, the bride chose a gown cf bridal lace over satin, made in princess style with V neck front and back. The gown was ballerina length and had long tapered sleeves. Her finger tip veil was of nylon net held ini place by a tiny cap. She carried pink and white carnations. Miss Zella Marie Wayman, sister of the bride, and Mrs. Easton (Molly) Scovill, Price, sister of the groom, were maid and matron of honor. They wore changeable colored taffeta sheath dresses of blue and red. The sleeves were three quarter length. Jessie Powell, brother of thr groom, was best man. Mrs. B. A. (Leola) Jensen furnished the music for the occa sion. Mrs. Powell is a graduate o' USU in Logan, Carbon Junioi College and South Emery high school. Her sorority is Lambp Office Delta Sigma. She has a Bachelor degree in Home Economics and is teaching in her second yeai in the Green River high school Mr. Powell is a graduate ol Green River high school and has served four years in the Navy. He is presently employed Equipment Company Price, Utah i Mabel Jensen and Eudean Olsen attended, a Cow Belle luncheon in Spanish Fork Monday of this week. Raymond P. Olsen was their chauffeur. Lt. J. G. Bud Mortensen of Lake Mead Base, Las Vegas, Nev. has been here with his mother, Ella Anderson, and families on a two week leave. He and his mother spent two days with LaVona and Lynn Williams and family in Salt Lake. Bud went on to Logan and enjoyed the USU Homecoming with his friends and school acquaintances. On their return Sunday they visited in Price at the Harold Olsen home with Ellas brothers. Lt Mortensen returned to his base Tuesday of this week. He has one more year of service in the U. S.
