ConcW&r' Mr. Conover was born in Fer-ro-n and is the father of five children, and has 15 grandchildren. He is a livestock operator and fanner of Emery County. Mr. Conover has served as chairman of District 7 Grazing Board for 6 years and is Executive member of the American National Cattlemens Association, and has served on the Utah Cattlemens Assoc, board for many years. He has served on the City Council of Ferron for several terms and has acted as City Secretary and Treasurer. Mr. Conover is the Chairman of the Bond Drive for Emery County and has won for the Countv. 1111 the help of the good people, two miniature Liberty Bells and one outstanding award plaque from the President of the United States, for the outstanding Liberty Bond salesman of Utah. Mr. Conover has served as President of Utah State Fair Board and is now a board member. Born and reared in Huntington, Emery County. He is well known in the county as a cattleman and farmer, and is interested in seeing Emery County grow. Mr. McElprang filled a two-yemission for the LDS Church, and served in the Huntington 1st Ward Bishopric for seven years. He has also served as City Councilman and as City Marshall under 3 different Mayors. For the past 4 years he has served as county commissioner, during which time the county mill levy has been lowered from 10 to 9 mills, and the county is in good financial condition. During the past four years much progress has been made on the coun700 miles of tys approximately new and roads, equipment has been purchased to maintain the countys road system.
