She was bom May 26. 1874 in Draymen, Norway, a daughter of Johan and Maren Thomases Johansen, joined the L.D S. church in March. 1898 In Norway and four years later immigrated to the United States. She lived for a year In Salt Lake City before moving to Hyrum. She was married to Christen Jensen in the Logan L.D.S- - Tern, pie in 1904. He died April 11. 1940. Mrs. Jensen was active throughout her adult life in L. D. S. church work and was a counselor in the Hyrunv Third L.D.S. ward Relief Society.
